Sandy Pfau Englund served as an attorney with a nonprofit law firm and as a senior manager of a major scientific association prior to establishing her law practice. Ms. Pfau Englund received her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University, and her law degree and master of public administration degree with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Washington University.

Dr. David E. Reichman is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. A reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist, he graduated Cum Laude from Yale University, received his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, and completed residency in OB/GYN at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Reichman then completed fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.  He is a board-certified Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Following his graduation from the UAG School of Medicine in Guadalajara, Mexico, Scott Roseff completed a one year rotating "Internship" in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Obstetrics/Gynecology at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. His Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology was performed at The Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut.

Zev Rosenwaks, M.D. is the Director of The Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, the world-renowned infertility clinic at New York Weill Cornell. He is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University and was appointed an endowed professorship in 1994 - the Revlon Distinguished Professor of Reproductive Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Spandorfer earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1984 and his M.D. in 1988, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha respectively. He completed his Internship at the Portsmouth Naval Academy in Virginia, and his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Karen Synesiou is the chief operating officer of CSP, Inc. and is responsible for the overall management of the surrogacy program.

Mr. Vorzimer is admitted to the State Bar of California; United States District Court, Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California; and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Vorzimer attended Harvard University; University of Miami (B.B.A.); and Whittier College School of Law (J.D. Magna Cum Laude).
