Helen Adrienne, LCSW, BCD, is a licensed certified social worker and certified hypnotherapist who specializes in infertility counseling, couples counseling for infertility, and mind-body stress reduction for reproductive and gynecological issues. Her work is grounded in the principle of mind-body unity—recognizing the dynamic relationship between mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
