This kind of language has been used elsewhere to restrict access to IVF and fertility care.
▲ Restricts LGBTQ+/donor families: this tag flags bills with clear language limiting family building through donor eggs or sperm, gestational carriers, or for same-sex couples — for example outright prohibitions, defining marriage or parentage as only between a man and a woman, or mandates that would strip donor anonymity.
